IIPESS 2027 will be hosted on the green, sprawling campus of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar National Institute of Technology Jalandhar — an Institute of National Importance on the Jalandhar–Amritsar Highway in Punjab, India.
Dr. B. R. Ambedkar National Institute of Technology Jalandhar is among the 31 NITs established by the Ministry of Education (earlier MHRD), Government of India. The Institute came into existence in 1987 (earlier known as Regional Engineering College, Jalandhar) and was conferred the status of "Institute of National Importance" by an Act of Parliament in 2007.
The institute offers B.Tech., M.Sc., M.Tech., and Ph.D. programmes across a wide range of disciplines, including Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Industrial and Production Engineering, Information Technology, Instrumentation and Control Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Textile Technology.
